Angeles City Outsourcing Boom

Outsourcing nowadays, is more popular to most companies who are trying to save money and wants to earn more. In fact, they have found out where to outsource their business that provides good service, competent people to run the business and that is in the Philippines. Even offshore are becoming popular too. Manila, the capital city of Philippines is know to be the outsourcing hub of the country and with that being said, a lot of companies would like to settle their business there. However, there is one place where I would recommend outsourcing would be more efficient, cost effect or less expensive (CELE), with very intelligent people whom you can work with and leave the task without even being worried. Angeles City Pampanga! If you look closely, there are a lot of LOB’s (line of business) are now being relocated to Angeles City, even business entrepreneurs are now considering the area as one of the good place to start the business with. Imagine, with the industry blooming and contact centers are almost everywhere, evidently, Angeles city is making a mark in this field. However, question is how is Angeles City doing it? I can list down some of the factors why outsourcing is on the rise on the said city.

It’s Cheaper

Yes it is, like i just mentioned earlier, labor cost is much more less expensive compared to any other outsourcing hub in the country. I’m not trying to exaggerate things but, that’s what it is. It is still a provincial rate city though, that is the undeniable truth, but the equipments and facilities being offered are top notch and affordable too. You see, things are easier when almost everything you need is right in front of you, all you have to do is just decide whether to take it or not.

People

How would like you like your business being handled by experts? like all you have to do is attend and put minimal attention on them while you know its growing and earning. Filipinos are known to be hard workers, we all know that. If you try to do some searching on the net, you will find out that many foreign people are amazed with how Filipino’s do their task and even better than they expected. Love going the extra mile, specially they get used to doing that certain task. Being creative is one of Filipinos skills that makes them unique and good at what they do. Very flexible even in a very complex situation that you can simply rely on when they make decisions to make things even more better.

Building, Facilities and Equipments

Equipments are one of the things you need to give huge consideration to your business when outsourcing. You wouldn’t spend thousands of money just to get those required devices for your business right? You just lost a huge amount of money, it beats the purpose of saving, when you can simple lease the entire building cheaper than buying the entire machine for you to operate your business.
Just by basing on what equipments, tools and how the facilities are put all together, you can tell, that the building with equipments etc. you are trying to lease is capable of handling hardcore files, operates 24/7, no interruption, high specs with huge dimension on data operation. Now that’s something reliable would you not agree?

Transportation and location is a challenge for most employees. Trying to commute for more than 1 hour is a hassle. Worry no more. Angeles City has 24/7 transportation round the clock. Main jeep terminal known as Main-gate is known to provide full transportation service in and out of CSEZ (Clark Special Economic Zone) or now known as CFZ (Clark Freeport Zone) which it used to be called Clark Air Base back when America still holds the area as one of their base. Now, the accessibility of jeepneys I would say, is really good. Plus, the fact that there are CDC (Clark Development Corporation) or somewhat considered as “the law enforcer” of the entire area, are really strict, keeping it safe from violence or any other crimes that could possibly happen. With two sub-branch of police stations outside CFZ premisses makes it more secured. So that’s security in and out.
Tons of amenities around I bet you would not be bored. A 15 minute commute, and there you are, SM super-mall is waiting for you. Clubs, disco-bars and tons of hang out places to chill in, what else could you ask for.

Cost of living

There’s a huge difference living in Manila vs in Angeles City.  Both places are good. As a matter of fact, I like living in Manila. However, there are things that I’ve noticed with most of the people I come across with who once lived there before. What’s the reason behind leaving Manila and why transfer in Angeles City, and that’s cost of living. Well not unless you are earning huge amount of money from your job then that’s totally fine. But if you’re the type that would like to have saving and all, then this is the place for you. Not much of a tall buildings you normally see in Manila, but there are tons of things that could compensate that since Angeles City is more into environment. I’m pretty much sure you’ll appreciate it in the long run. Besides, almost everything here is affordable too. From house rents or purchased to food and transportation, from devices and gadgets to cars and buildings. Everything is here, its just waiting for you.

Manila-Carl Railway

A Manila-Clark railway is one of the greatest and much awaited project yet to be executed this year 2012.  This would lessen the travel time from 3 hours time of commuting, Manila to Clark vice-versa to a 70 minute travel time. Now, that’s a huge time savings we’re getting and would definitely attract a lot of tourist and investors for it. So watch for it and keep an eye of this new project that’s coming.

Why settle her for good?

It is always good to live where environment is prioritized, trees all over, not much pollution compared to other places you see on T.V. and there are, I would say, a lot foreigners who loves living in Angeles City. Probably because they somehow feel at home since there are a lot of foreign in the area and they do not come here by themselves, they come in group either with friends or love ones. In some cases that if they choose to visit and decided to live in the Philippines, then most likely they’ve been in the country not just once. Angeles City is one of the places in the Philippines where people would love to visit. I even had an Indian friend who told me “I’m starting to like this place”. Robbery and all known crime activities are very minimal. In fact, you don’t get to hear any news like that  for some time. That’s probably one of the factors why many foreigners would like to settle and stay in Angeles City for good.
